  • Every session 1-on-1 for 60 minutes with your Doctor of Physical Therapy - you don't share that hour with anyone.

  • Strength and conditioning program provided to solidify results and prevent future injury.​

Relieve your pain through hands-on manual therapy and exercises. Pain will be more tolerable, but this does not mean it has been fully resolved. Pause is only a temporary short-term plan.
