San Diego’s Experts in Sports Physical Therapy & Performance

Dr. Brandon founded Project Performance to offer something most clinics don’t: sustainable rehab that keeps you moving.

He specializes in treating chronic back, spine, and knee pain for active adults — from weightlifters and CrossFitters to group fitness lovers and weekend runners.

What Makes His Care Different:

  • Emphasis on education + autonomy

  • Tailored strength and movement programs

  • Holistic integration of pain science + sport performance

  • “Modify, don’t eliminate” mindset — you keep training as you heal

After rehabbing his own ACL, MCL, and meniscus tears in 2011, Brandon rejected outdated models of passive therapy. Today, he’s the go-to PT for people who’ve “tried everything” and want results that last.

Dr. Jeremy Velasco joined Project Performance to help golfers stay on the course with premium, sustainable rehab and performance care. He specializes in golf performance and active or chronic injuries across weightlifting, running, and tennis, combining advanced rehab, golf specific strength and mobility, and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) backed swing biomechanics.

His Unique Approach

  • Detailed assessments to identify the true driver of pain or performance limitations

  • Movement breakdowns tailored to your sport including golf, running, tennis, and more

  • Athlete friendly programs focused on long term progress, not quick fixes

  • Clear progression to reduce pain, build strength, and return to high level performance

Jeremy is a San Diego native and founder of Elite Golf Physical Therapy. In addition to working extensively with golfers, he is a former competitive tennis player and multiple time marathon runner. His athletic background allows him to design rehab plans that reflect the real demands of sport, helping athletes move better, play pain free, and perform at their best.
