What to expect:

During your Comprehensive Physical Therapy Evaluation, our licensed therapists take the time to understand your body, your training, and your goals. We assess your movement, strength, flexibility, and joint mobility to find what’s working — and what’s not.

We’ll also review your training or workout routine to see how your pain or injury may have developed. We listen closely to your concerns and ask about your medical history so we can fully understand your unique situation.

From there, we’ll identify the root causes of your pain or movement limitations and create a customized rehab plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

What makes our evaluation different:

We don’t just look at the area that hurts — we look at how your entire body moves.

When you’ve had pain or an injury for a while, your body naturally finds ways to work around it. This is called compensation. Your brain actually starts changing the way you move to avoid the pain, even if it means using muscles or joints in ways they’re not meant to be used. Over time, these new movement patterns can cause even more problems.

That’s why our evaluation includes a full-body movement assessment. We look at how your joints, muscles, and nervous system work together. This helps us find the real root cause of the issue — not just where you feel pain, but why it’s happening.

By understanding your movement patterns, we can build a smarter, more effective plan that helps you move better, feel stronger, and prevent future injuries.

Think of it like this: just like a GPS needs to know where you are to give the right directions, we need a full-body assessment to guide you toward recovery that lasts.
